Connect your accounting package directly to Easyclose and the entries come in on their own: every night, or the moment you click refresh. No more manual exports. You click the connection together yourself, with the same mapping wizard you already know from the Excel import. The first connections are rolling out.
Today you export an audit file (XAF, the standard Dutch audit file) or an Excel from your package and drag it into Easyclose. That works with every package and costs you a few minutes a month. The live connection will soon remove those last steps too: the entries come in by themselves, in exactly the same structure. The import is no punishment; the connection is convenience on top.
Both routes deliver exactly the same normalised entry lines. Everything that follows, from mapping to reporting and consolidation, stays unchanged. Read more about the import on importing.
No consultant, no implementation project. You choose your package, log in once or paste an API key, and map the fields with the same wizard you already know from the Excel import. For standard packages that mapping is already prepared for you; you check the preview and click done.
Self-service from start to finish: the same mapping wizard, the same preview screen, the same saved profile as with an Excel import. Only now the fields come from your package's API instead of from a file.
Once connected, Easyclose refreshes your figures by itself, for example every night, and only fetches what is new or changed. Duplicate syncs do not create duplicate entries. Want the latest position in between? Just click refresh.
This is the design as we are building it; the first connections are rolling out. Should a connection ever break, you see it immediately and simply upload that month by hand. Your reporting never stands still.
A connection is convenience, not a prison. The export route always remains, your secrets stay server-side, and the connection delivers exactly the same figures as the import. That is a deliberate design choice, and it stays that way.
XAF, CSV and Excel remain fully supported, even when your package is connected. A missing or faltering connection never blocks you: you simply upload by hand.
API keys and tokens never reach your browser: they are stored encrypted on the server. Your figures stay in the EU and the connection can never see more than your own entity. More about security →
Connection and import deliver exactly the same normalised entry lines. Your mapping, reports and consolidation cannot tell the difference, and you can always switch between the two routes.
Upload your audit file or Excel and set up your reporting. Everything you build now, from mapping to dashboards, simply stays in place.
When the connection for your package is available, you click it together yourself. Same structure, so nothing needs redoing.
From that moment your figures refresh by themselves, every night or on request. The export route always remains available as a safety net.
Fair is fair: the live connections are not available yet; we are rolling them out package by package. Everything they lean on, the import, the mapping wizard and the reports, already works today. Which connection do you need most? Email us, it helps decide the order.
The first connections are rolling out; we deliberately do not name packages until a connection is really live. Email hallo@easyclose.nl which package you use: demand from (potential) customers helps decide the order in which we roll out connections.
Yes. The import with XAF, CSV or Excel already works today with every package that can export. You set up your reporting now and the connection simply lands on top later; nothing is lost.
Nothing special, and that is exactly the point. The connection delivers the same normalised entry lines as the import, so your mapping, reporting structure, dashboards and consolidation stay in place. You do not have to set up anything again.
API keys and tokens stay encrypted on the server and never reach your browser. Your data is stored in the EU and the connection works under the same isolation as you do: it can never see more than your own entity. Read more on the security page.
The pricing for connections follows at launch. What we promise already: no surprises afterwards, and the import simply remains part of your subscription, so you are never forced to take a connection.
Always. The export route keeps working fully alongside the connection. If you disconnect a package, you simply upload by hand again from that moment, with the same structure and the same reports.
